Do I get a better rate?

Ask, and Rauf will tell you what he can do for your dates.

Rates move with the season and with how long you're staying, and there's no platform fee added on top here, so it's a conversation rather than a fixed number on a screen. Staying a week or more, ask about a longer-stay rate — both units allow it.

Is Airbnb still an option?

Yes, and it stays that way.

Both units are on Airbnb (Hyde Tower, Liberty Tower) and will stay there. If you'd rather book through the platform you already use, book there — the reviews are worth reading either way. Some guests just prefer talking to the owner, and this page is for them.

Who am I actually messaging?

What time can I get in?

From 3pm, and you let yourself in.

Self check-in with a lockbox, so a late flight or a bad run down the Federal Highway doesn't mean anyone is waiting up for you.

What about cancelling?

Agreed with you when the booking is confirmed.

Plans change. Say so early and it's usually workable.

Can I book both units together?

Yes — that's what larger groups do.

Two units, up to three guests in each, both in the same precinct and both by the mall bridge. Say so in your message and Rauf will check both calendars at once.
